However, we understand that issues may occasionally arise, and for such situations, we have a clear and customer-friendly returns and exchanges policy in place. This document explains when and how you can request a return, exchange, or refund, ensuring transparency and trust in every transaction.
1. Eligibility for Returns
A product is eligible for return or exchange if it is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify. Any request for return or exchange must be raised within three days of receiving the product. Requests made after this period may not be entertained. All return claims must be supported with proof, such as images of the product and packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been opened, consumed, or tampered with. Any item returned without its original packaging or outside the specified return window will not be eligible. Products purchased during promotional campaigns, clearance sales, or seasonal offers are also not eligible for return. We advise customers to read all product details and ingredients carefully before making a purchase.
3. Return and Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange, customers must contact our support team via email or WhatsApp within three days of delivery. The message should include the order number, clear images of the product in question, and a detailed explanation of the issue. Once our team verifies the request, we will confirm the eligibility for a return or exchange. If the product needs to be returned, the customer will be informed of the pickup or self-shipping process. The returned item must be received in its original condition before any replacement or refund is initiated.
4. Refunds
If a return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original mode of payment within seven to ten business days. In certain cases, store credit or a coupon code of equivalent value may be offered instead, based on customer preference. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item sent by us. All refunds are subject to verification and approval by our quality check team.
5. Exchanges
We are happy to replace items that are defective, damaged, or sent in error. Once the claim is validated, a replacement product will be dispatched as soon as possible. If the requested item is out of stock, we may offer an alternative product of equal value or issue store credit, depending on the customer’s choice. All exchanges are subject to inventory availability and internal verification.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched from our facility, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
